• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates.
• Implement retention strategies to nurture and develop top talent within the organization.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and open communication.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all entities within the group.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
• Mediate conflicts and address grievances in a fair and unbiased manner, promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager within a group of companies.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR challenges.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
